Spaghetti with mussels: a succulent, delicious dish

Ingredients:
1 kg mussels
Parsley
2 cloves of garlic
Extra virgin olive oil
salt
black pepper
Preparation:
Clean the mussels well and put them in water, then sauté garlic, oil and parsley in a pan. Then add the mussels, a sprinkling of pepper and let them open (2-3 minutes).
Then transfer the mussels to another pan and shell some, then strain the sauce. Drop the spaghetti, stir and serve this delicious dish.
