How to cut and store the cantaloupe melon

It is certainly one of the most loved fruits of this season but here's how to cut it quickly and keep it.
Cut the two ends, then divide it in half and remove the seeds. Cut into wedges and then into cubes, place them in sachets for food and refrigerate.
