Chocolate paradise cake: the steps to have it perfect and creamy

Ingredients:
170g all-purpose flour
110g potato starch
130g butter at room temperature
230g sugar
4 whole eggs
1 lemon peel
2 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
Ingredients for decoration:
Powdered sugar to taste
nutella to taste
Directions:
Beat the eggs with the sugar for 10 minutes, then add the butter. Add the potato starch and the flour, then the baking powder and salt. Pour into the pan and bake at 180°C (360°F) for 40 minutes. Once ready, wait for it to cool and fill with hazelnut cream.
