Semolina galette: serve it with your appetizer or salad

Ingredients:
250g fine semolina
50g soft white flour
1 tbsp of sugar
Vanilla sugar 7g
1 pinch of salt
baking powder 5 g
dry yeast 4 g
50ml mixture of melted butter and vegetable oil
Warm milk about 350ml
Directions:
In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients and then add melted butter and oil.
Cover and after 10 minutes pour and mix the warm milk.
Let it rise for 1 hour and then cook the galette.
