3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cups Recipe: a low-carb version

Ingredients:
1 Cup Chocolate Chips
2 1/2 Tbsps Coconut Oil
2 Tbsps Peanut Butter
Directions:
Add the chocolate chips and coconut oil to a medium sized bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds and mix. Once melted, line a mini-muffin tray with paper mini muffin liners and add 1/2 Tbsp of the chocolate to each liner. Freeze the tray for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, remove the tray from the freezer, and add 1 tsp of peanut butter to each mold. Top the peanut butter with another 1/2 Tbsp of melted chocolate, or until all the chocolate is used. Freeze again for atleast an hour.
