Ricotta balls: quick and tasty

Ingredients:
400g ricotta
100g grated cheese
2 eggs
Olive oil
Milk
1 tablespoon flour
Bread crumbs
Salt and pepper
Directions:
Sift the ricotta and mix it with flour, cheese, egg, salt and pepper. Shape the balls and dip them in the beaten egg (combined with milk), then coat them in the breadcrumbs. Deep fry and serve hot.
