No-bake lemon cheesecake: a delicate, refreshing flavor

Ingredients:
Crust:
30g butter
60g biscuits
Cheesecake:
180g Cream cheese
60g sugar
90ml milk
1 lemon
20ml lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
7g gelatin leaves
150ml whipped cream
Directions:
Blend the biscuits and mix with the butter, then crush them on the bottom of the mold and place in the fridge.
Whip the cream and refrigerate, apart mix the cheese with sugar, milk, zest and lemon juice. Melt the gelatin (after soaking it in cold water for 15 minutes) and add it to the mixture. Finally add the cream and pour over the base. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
