Keema Naan: the unique recipe for indian bread

Ingredients for the meat mixture:
1 onion
1 red chili
1 tomato
10 cloves garlic
20g oregano
salt, pepper, ginger
400g ground beef
Ingredients for the dough:
25g fresh yeast/ 1 tbsp dry yeast
200 ml warm water
100 ml yogurt
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
450 g flour
chopped oregano and olive oil for garnish
Directions:
Mix all ingredients for the meat mixture, except the beef. Then with your hands add the meat and set aside. Combine all ingredients for the dough then rest for 1-2 hours. Cut into 3 pieces and fill with the meat, so cook in a pot, brush some yogurt then bake it until golden brown. Mix some chopped oregano and olive oil and brush on the bread.
