METHOD:
1.Use a pearl bracelet or necklace to decorate the edge of the pie.
2.Press the pearls to mark them well.
3.Fill with hazelnut cream or jam and bake for 20 minutes at 180ºC.

MATERIALS:
Scissors
Short crust pastry
Hazelnut cream or Jam
 
METHOD:
1.Cut the edge of the pie diagonally in pieces of approximately 1 cm. 2.Place one strip towards the inside, and one towards the outside, alternating to make the crown.
3.Fill with hazelnut cream or jam and bake for 20 minutes at 180ºC.

2.Cut the tip of it with any rounded cookie cutter.
3.Using knife or a rounded cookie cutter with a narrow tip, cut out three shapes on both sides of the pastry triangle to make a half-heart.
4.Unfold the pastry before placing on top of the pie.
