Pearls

METHOD:
1.Use a pearl bracelet or necklace to decorate the edge of the pie.
2.Press the pearls to mark them well.
3.Fill with hazelnut cream or jam and bake for 20 minutes at 180ºC.

METHOD:
1.Cut the edge of the pie diagonally in pieces of approximately 1 cm. 2.Place one strip towards the inside, and one towards the outside, alternating to make the crown.
