Bizcocho Borracho with fruits: a beautiful and delicious Spanish cake

Ingredients:
Batter:
250 grams of wheat flour
15 grams of baking powder
50 grams of sugar
125 ml. of sunflower oil
1 cup natural yogurt
3 eggs
100 ml. of water
75 grams of sugar
50 ml. of sweet sherry wine
Directions:
Beat the eggs with yogurt and sugar, add oil and then sift and add the flour. Finally add baking powder and pour the batter into a molt, bake at 356°F (180°) for 40 minutes.
Cut the fruits and mix with sugar, in a pan heat sugar, water and sherry wine. Place the fruit in the middle of the cake and pour the syrup.
