Peanut butter cookie sandwiches: the sweetest break ever

Ingredients:
Cookies:
1 cup butter
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar (packed)
3 cup flour
3 eggs
2 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp vanilla
 
Peanut Butter Filling:
1 stick butter
4 cup confectioners sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
4 tbsp cream
 
Directions:
In a bowl mix together butter, sugar and peanut butter. Then add eggs, flour, vanilla and baking soda.
Make some balls and bake at 375°F (190°) for 8 minutes.
Cream: beat butter and sugar, then add peanut butter, vanilla and cream. Fill the cookies and serve.
