Italian cheesecake: how to make this delicious, creamy dessert

Ingredients:
750g ricotta
150g sugar
2 egg yolks
2 egg whites
28g sugar
60ml whipped cream
32g all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons lemon peel
10ml vanilla extract
Directions:
Mix the sugar with the egg yolks, then add the lemon peel and the vanilla extract. Sift the flour and add to the rest of the ingredients in the planetary mixer, adding the ricotta. Finally add the egg whites, whipped with sugar, and combine with the rest. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 30 minutes.
