Baked Potato Frittata: Delicious Recipe

Ingredients:
1 kg potatoes
Salt and pepper
Rosemary
Olive oil
8 eggs
Grated cheese
Directions:
Boil the potatoes in cold water with salt.
Once softened, cut the potatoes into small pieces and place them in a pan lined with parchment paper. Add salt, pepper and rosemary. Beat the eggs with salt and cheese and pour over the potatoes, bake at 180°C (360°F) for 30 minutes.
