Pistachio artichoke lasagna: a mix of flavors that will make it perfect

Ingredients:
250g egg pasta dough
1 l milk
100g pistachio pesto
90g butter
90g all-purpose flour
400g sausage
8 artichokes
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 l cold water
100g Parmesan cheese
Butter q.b
1/2 onion
Olive oil, pepper and salt to taste
Directions:
Mix two tablespoons of flour into water, then add the artichokes and let stand for about 20 minutes.
In a pan, sauté the onion with sausage, artichokes, wine, salt and black pepper (add water if necessary).
Béchamel sauce: melt the butter and mix with flour, milk and pistachio pesto.
Create the lasagna by alternating layers and bake at 180°C (360°F) for 25 minutes.
