Paccheri pasta with swordfish and shrimp: the success is guaranteed

Ingredients:
Garlic and onion
Olive oil
2 slices swordfish
500ml fish broth
10 cherry tomatoes
1 tablespoon pesto
200g shrimp (already cooked)
Parsley
Black pepper and salt
400g fresh paccheri pasta
 
Directions:
In a pan, brown the onion, then add the swordfish, salt and pepper. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook in the broth, pesto and shrimp. Finally add the parsley and sauté with the paccheri.
