Scallops au gratin: the perfect seafood starter for the holidays

Ingredients for 12 scallops au gratin:
 
100g breadcrumbs
1 bunch of parsley
2 cloves of garlic
3 tablespoons Evo oil
40g grated Parmesan cheese
salt and black pepper to taste
 
Directions:
Prepare the chopped bread, season with parsley, garlic, grated Parmesan, salt and black pepper and then add 2 tablespoons of oil and stir. In the shell lay the scallop and sprinkle with the mixture. Season with a little oil and bake at 200°C (400°F) in a preheated oven for 15 minutes, until golden brown.
