Baked Stuffed Calamari: A Simple Yet Delicious Dish

Ingredients:
Calamari
Olive oil
1 clove of garlic
Parsley
Bread crumbs
Tomato sauce to taste
Pecorino cheese
Directions:
Clean the calamari well and cut the tentacles into small pieces. Sauté in a pan with garlic and oil. Put them in a bowl and mix with breadcrumbs, parsley, tomatoes and pecorino cheese. Stuff the calamari and cover with wthe rest of the filling, then pour a little oil. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 25 minutes.
