The fastest and simplest way to clean shrimp

Shrimp are present on almost all tables for at least one Christmas holiday. Here's a simple way to clean them.
Shrimp: the most important thing is not to ruin the tail, so start from the central part. Remove the shell and cut along the top of the shrimp. Devein the shrimp and the work is done.
Scampi shrimp: cut the bottom and gently remove the shell. As for the common shrimp, you need to devein it by cutting the upper part.
