The recipe to prepare a cream cheese custard pudding cake

Ingredients:
Caramel:
1 tsp water
40g sugar
1 tsp water
Cream cheese pudding:
150g cream cheese
50g sugar
3 eggs
250ml milk
100ml heavy cream
10g sugar
lemon peel
Genoise:
1 egg
30g sugar
30g cake flour
Directions:
First prepare the caramel and pour it into a baking tray. In a bowl mix together all the pudding ingredients. Mix and cook the genoise ingredients. Pour the mixture on the baking tray and put it in another tray, add hot water and bake at 320°F (160°) for 20 minutes.
