How to make a tasty citrus chicken: fast recipe

Ingredients:
8 chicken thighs
2 lemons
1 orange
Thyme, rosemary
Balsamic vinegar
2 cloves garlic
capers
Pepper, salt
Extra virgin olive oil
 
Directions:
Cut the peel of the citrus fruit julienne and then put the orange and lemon juices, capers, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper into a container. Marinate the chicken for an hour, then place it in a pan. Pour the sauce, the citrus slices and peels. Bake at 190°C (380°F) for 50-60 minutes.
