Chocolate choux: the tasty dessert to prepare easily

Ingredients:
Cream:
40 gr corn starch
80 gr sugar
4 yolks
480 gr milk
1 sachet of vanillin
15 gr butter
Choux:
80 gr butter
10 gr sugar
1 pinch of salt
100 g of water
100 gr milk
125 gr flour
4 eggs
Icing:
200 gr chocolate
200 gr cream
Directions:
Cream: in a saucepan, mix starch, sugar, egg yolks, milk and butter. Bring to the heat and let it thicken, then let the cream cool.
Choux pastry: melt the butter and sugar in the milk in a pan. Then add the flour and salt. Once the mixture is obtained, add the eggs.
Form your cakes with the sac à poche and bake at 180 ° for 25 minutes.
Then stuffed and glazed.
