Chicken wings with tomato sauce: the mouthwatering meal

Ingredients:
chicken wings
800 gr peeled tomatoes
Flour 0
Olive oil
1/2 glass of red wine
black pepper
Origan
salt
Anchovies in oil
2 cloves of garlic
1 chilli
Capers
Black olives
 

Directions:
First, flour the chicken wings.
Then fry the garlic, oil, anchovies and chilli pepper.
Then add the wings and brown them. Add wine, tomatoes, oregano, salt, pepper, olives and capers. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 25-30 minutes.
