Chocolate biscuits: the simple way to make them perfect and delicious

Ingredients:
230 g dark chocolate
60 g butter
100 g eggs (about 2)
100 g granulated sugar
200 g flour
1 teaspoon of yeast
1 pinch of salt
icing sugar q.s.
Directions:
Melt the chocolate with the butter and set aside.
Whip the eggs with the sugar and then add the two compounds.
Combine flour, yeast and salt. Leave the mixture in the fridge overnight.
Form the balls and pass them in the icing sugar. Bake at 320°F (160°) for 6-7 minutes.
