Sunburn: the natural method to relieve the pain

The summer begins and with it the beautiful days at the beach and, unfortunately, even sunburns. Here is a natural remedy to relieve the pain: mix the oatmeal with water and place in the affected areas. Let sit for 10 minutes covered with a damp cloth, the important thing is not to rub. Then rinse and spread any after-sun cream.
