Cherry strudel: tasty and easy to prepare

Ingredients:
1 roll of puff pastry
Cherries in syrup
Almonds
Icing sugar
1 egg
Sugar to cover
Preparation:
Roll out the puff pastry and fill it with the cherries, close the roll lining it with the help of the beaten egg. Put the strudel in a pan lined with parchment paper and make sure it is well closed. Brush the yolk and cover with sugar and almonds. Bake at 356°F (180°) for 20 minutes.
