Asparagus carbonara: your guests will fall in love with this dish

Ingredients:
150-200 grams of linguine
Green asparagus (q.b.)
2 slices of cheek lard
2 new spring onions
1 tbps of extra virgin olive oil
Grated cheese
salt and pepper

Preparation:
Cut the asparagus and onions. Put the asparagus stalks in water and salt and cook, in the same water cook the linguine. Cut the cheek lard and brown it with a oil, then add the onions and the asparagus (the head). Cook adding the cooking water. Then drop the linguine into the asparagus water and cook. Then put them in the saucepan with the sauce and add cheese and pepper.
