Pork tenderloin in red wine sauce: a yummy and tasty dish

Ingredients:
4 pork tenderloins
1 and a half glass of wine
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons flour 0
1 onion
thyme
green pepper
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3 slices of bacon rolled
Butter
Salt and Pepper To Taste.
 
Directions:
In a saucepan pour the wine, put the onion in half, the thyme, green pepper, cinnamon, sugar and salt. Cook until the volume is halved. Flour the pork tenderloins and wrap the strips of bacon with the help of a toothpick.
Strain the wine, melt some butter in a saucepan and stir a tablespoon of flour. Pour the filtered wine and thicken the sauce.
Melt the butter in a pan and brown the tenderloins. Once cooked, pour the wine sauce and serve.
