How to reuse potato peels: a tasty and easy recipe

Potato peels usually end up in the trash, but can be used up to make a delicious dish ready in minutes, which will make the whole family happy! Here is the recipe for fried potato peels.

INGREDIENTS
Potato peels
Salt to taste
Sweet paprika to taste
Spicy paprika to taste
Sunflower oil for frying
 
DIRECTIONS
Wash the potatoes well, peel them and soak the peels in water to remove the starch. Drain and place them on a cloth, then dry well. Deep fry the peels until golden brown. Once crispy, season with salt, spicy and sweet paprika.
