Sweet apple pizza with jam: a delightful treat

Ingredients:
1  puff pastry roll
3 apples
3 tablespoons apricot jam
1/4 cup water
Cinnamon
1/2 lemon juice
 
Directions:
Squeeze the lemon and pour the juice into the water. Then put the apples previously cut into thin slices. In a saucepan cook the jam with water, then brush on the pastry. Cover with apples, cinnamon and more jam. Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
