Roasted peppers in olive oil recipe

Ingredients:
Red and yellow peppers
Black olives
1 tablespoon capers
Salt
Garlic powder
Hot pepper (optional)
Olive oil
Sterilized glass jar
Directions:
Roast the peppers on each side, then let them cool and rinse. Cut them and put them to drain. Then add the olives, capers, salt, garlic and hot pepper and stir. Fill the jar and pour the oil. To pasteurize the jar and eliminate the bacteria, place it in boiling water and cover it with a kitchen towel. Leave it until the water becomes cold.
