Meatballs in tomato sauce with stale bread: delicious and fast

Ingredients:
400g stale bread, minced
1 whole egg
Salt, hot pepper, extra virgin olive oil (to taste)
100g grated cheese
2 cloves of garlic
700ml tomato puree
Parsley
 
Directions:
Mince the stale bread, then add the chilli pepper, salt, cheese, egg and oil and mix until well combined. Then fry the garlic in oil and add the tomato. Add the meatballs and cook for 10-15 minutes adding some basil.
