Soft pastry recipe

Ingredients:
200ml hot milk
9g fresh yeast
150g sugar
300g flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 tablespoon salt
1 egg
1 tablespoon butter
 
Stuff with custard, chocolate or jam.
 
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in milk and start mixing with flour. Then add egg, sugar and vanilla. Finally add salt and butter and mix until smooth. Cover and let rise for 1 hour. Then form the pastry and let rise for another hour. Then bake at 400°F (200°C) for 30 minutes.
