Meat pizza

Ingredients
1 lb ground chicken
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp chili flakes
Salt
Pepper
200g flour
4 eggs, beaten
300g bread crumbs
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 cup mozzarella
1/2 cup parmesan
9 slices pepperoni
 
Preparation
Mix ground chicken with oregano, garlic powder and chili flakes. Season with salt and pepper
Transfer it to a round baking form, cover with plastic wrap and spread ground chicken using hands.
Freeze for 2 hours.
Cover meat crust with flour, beaten eggs and bread crumbs.
Fry on the medium heat for 3 minutes on each side.
Put the crust on a baking sheet, top with tomato sauce, mozzarella, parmesan and pepperoni.
Bake at 180C/350F for 10-12 minutes.
