Have you ever tried to soak an egg in vinegar? That's what is done in this experiment to demonstrate what happens.
In 48 hours, the shell is removed, but that's not all: what appears to be a boiled egg actually takes on a "rubbery" texture. Basically a bouncing ball is created: an idea that children will love.
