You won't need eggs or butter for this SUPER DELICIOUS chocolate cake! 😋

INGREDIENTS
240g (2 cups) of all-purpose flour
60g (1/2 cups) of cocoa powder
16g (1 tbsp) of baking powder
190g (1 cup) of sugar
A pinch of salt
280ml (1 1/4 cups) of milk
70ml (1/4 cup) of vegetable oil
1 orange (zest)
Chocolate chips
 
METHOD
1. In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
2. Add the milk gradually and mix until you create a well-blended mixture.
3. Now it's time for the vegetable oil, add it gradually while mixing.
4. Grate the orange zest into the batter, it will give it that extra delicious touch!
5. Pour the batter into the mold and cover with chocolate chips. We like to be generous.
6. Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.
