Press the fork lightly into the dough: a trick for special biscuits

Ingredients:Syrup:
3 cups of water
3 cups of sugar
Lemon juice
Dough:
1 egg
125 gr butter
1 cup of icing sugar
3 tablespoons of semolina flour
Baking powder
Soluble coffee
Directions:
Melt the sugar in the pot with water and lemon juice. Mix all the ingredients and when the dough is uniform make the biscuits. Then make fork marks on them and bake at 400°F (200°) for 20/25 minutes. Then pour the syrup.
