Roll the dough to the aluminum foil and make delicious filled snacks

Ingredients:Brisée pastry
1 egg yolk
400 gr ricotta or cheese
Dill or parsley
Directions:
Roll the aluminum foil to the ice cream cones and then roll the brisée pastry. Spread egg yolk and bake at 400°f (200°) for 20 minutes. then fill the salted cones.
