Pomegranate cake: a yummy, alternative dessert

Ingredients:3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon olive oil
200g spinach
3 cups flour
Baking powder
200ml whipped cream
2 pomegranates
For filling:
Juice of a pomegranate
2 cups water
1 teaspoon sugar
3 tablespoons corn starch
Directions:
Blend the boiled spinach with milk. Then beat the eggs and the sugar, add the flour, the oil and the baking powder. Finally, add in the spinach cream. Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes. Make the icing: in a saucepan mix up water, pomegranate juice, sugar and starch. Whip the cream and cover the cake. The layer made with pomegranate grains is optional.
