Baked potatoes with smoked ham: a tantalizing recipe

This video tutorial shows how to make delicious baked potatoes with smoked ham. Boil the ham in a pot and, once cooked, slice and dice it. Then, in another pot, melt the butter and add the flour and stir with a whisk; add milk gradually and prepare a cream. Add in mozzarella and, if you like, black pepper. It mixes well and lets bake. In the meantime, cut potatoes into rounds, add them to the ham in a baking tray and finally add the cream to combine; finish with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and put in the oven. The result is great.
