Japanese Sponge Cake: A Fluffy, Soft Dessert

Ingredients:
50ml vegetable oil
80g flour with a low gluten content
80ml milk
1 egg
5 egg yolks
5 egg whites
80g sugar
pinch of salt
  
Directions:
 Mix the various ingredients: flour in an egg, add the milk; add the 5 egg yolks to this mixture; then whisk the egg whites, adding the sugar; after mixing well, combine the two mixtures. Bake in a bain-marie for 50-60 minutes at 170°C (340°F)
