Fluffy Japanese pound cake: the recipe to make it fluffy and soft!

INGREDIENTS
• 6 eggs
• 110g flour
• 65ml oil
•705ml milk
• 70g sugar
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 8g vanilla sugar
METHOD
- In a large bowl, mix the butter and flour well, then add milk, sugar and egg yolks.
- Beat whites with salt and vanilla sugar. Combine two mixtures and pour into a mold. Place the pan on a baking sheet and add hot water. Bake at 300°F (150 °) for 80 minutes.
