Chrysanthemum Pastries: the easy recipe

Ingredients

Dough for pizza
500g Minced beef
1 clove garlic
50 ml Water
140g Cheese
Salt
Pepper
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp milk

Mix minced meat with garlic, salt, pepper and water.

Roll the dough and cut circles about 2,5
Place 1 tsp of meat and cheese.
Close the circle in half and then form a petal.
For middle of "flower" take 3 halves of circles and stuff it with meat and cheese and roll.
Fill a pile of petals
Mix egg yolk with milk and grease a "flower"
Bake at 180C/350F for 30 min
