Braided bread with dark chocolate and banana filling: a dessert soft, sweet and easy to make

Ingredients:
Quick water roux:
2 tbsp all purpose flour
4 tbsp hot boiling water
Dough:
375g all-purpose flour
1-1/2 tsp instant yeast
50g sugar
A pinch of salt
125ml warm milk
1 large egg, beaten
42g soft butter/margarine
A little oil for the bowl
Filling:
1 or more large banana
chocolate flakes
Directions:
Prepare the roux mix all the ingredients until smooth. For the dough, combine all the ingredients, then knead with the hands until smooth and divide into 2. Add cocoa into one of the dough, and knead until smooth. Put both dough in an oiled bowl, cover separately until double in size. Divide each dough into 6-8 pieces. Flatten one plain and one chocolate dough, stack overlapping each other lengthwise and roll out. Fill with dark chocolate flakes and a slice of ripe banana. Fold the top end of dough covering banana. Cut little dough at the corner for easy folding. Slice on the left and right dough like so. Start braiding. Put on a baking tray, cover for 30 minutes or more, sprinkle with chocolate and bake at 180 for 25 minutes.
