Mini Brie Cheesecake: a real treat from the very first bite

Ingredients:
Crust:
18 g unsalted butter
5 g (4 tsp) coconut flour
10 g almond flour
4 g xylitol
Cake:
1 egg
30 g xylitol
5 g (2 1/2 tsp) coconut flour
120 g cream cheese
50 g full fat brie cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions:
Crust: in a little bowl combine together butter, coconut flour, xylitol and almond flour. Then spread the mixture into a little mold (12 cm), bake at 170° (340°F) for 15 minutes.
Cake: in separate bowl mix the brie with 15 gr of xylitol and cream cheese with others 15 gr. Unite all and add coconut flour and lemon juice. Pour on the base at 340°F (170°) for 30 minutes.
