Pumpkin mac and cheese: a creamy recipe that you must try

Ingredients;
1 1/2 pumpkin puree
1 box pasta
Bechamel Sauce
6 TBSP unsalted butter
2 TBSP all purpose flour
1/3 cup whole milk
1 TBSP dried mustard
1 TSP pepper
salt
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
3 TBSP bread crumbs
Preparation:
Cook the pumpkin in a pot of water. Cover it and let it boil. While the water is boiling, cook the pasta. Test the pumpkin with a fork, and if it’s nice and soft, take it out the water. Make a béchamel sauce: add butter to the flour, and stir them. Add slowly milk, then mustard, salt and pepper. Mix well then add cheddar cheese and pumpkin. Stir it together until it’s creamy then add the pasta and bake it on 350 for 10 minutes.
