Chocolate mousse cake: pour the glaze on the cake, more layers with a unique flavor

Cake:
55g chocolate
25g butter
1 cup boiling water
1 egg
50g sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
125g flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
pinch of baking soda
pinch of salt
1/2 cup of coffee
 
Combine all the ingredients using the electric whisk, divide into two round pans and bake at 170°C (340°F) for 25 minutes.
 
Chocolate mousse
150g heavy cream
350g dark chocolate
3 eggs
150g whipped cream
 
Combine the egg yolks with the cream after bringing it to a boil. Pour the dark chocolate and add to the previously whipped cream. Pour the mousse in a round pan, overlap one of the cakes, cover with another layer of chocolate mousse, then overlap the other cake.
 
The syrup:
50 g sugar
3/4 cup of water
 
Prepare the syrup in a pan and wait to solidify.
 
Chocolate glaze:
50g whipped cream
100g sugar
1/2 cup boiling water
50g cocoa powder
1 tablespoon vegetable gelatin diluted in a glass of warm water
1 glass hot water
 
Prepare the chocolate glaze in a pan by mixing all the ingredients. To make the glaze thicken, turn the cake over and cover the surface.
