Chicken stuffed plantain cups: awesome recipe to try

Ingredients:
Pico de Gallo
onions
tomato
jalapenos
cilantro
salt
ground pepper
lime juice

Chicken:
Cajun seasoning
cayenne pepper
adobo seasoning
ground pepper
onion powder
salt
water

Directions:
Peel and cut plantain equally, fry plantain until it is tender, take it out of the oil press it down with the lemon squeezer, dip in salt water put it back in the hot oil. Take it until it is nice and crispy and fill with chicken and white rice.
