How to make mushroom curry: a spicy recipe that you'll love

Ingredients:
250 g Mushroom
3 tbsp Oil
1 Cinnamon stick
3Cardamom
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
1 Onion
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp Garam masala powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
2 tsp Chili powder or to taste
1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
3 Green Chilies
few Curry leaves
1 Tomato
Water
Preparation:
Heat oil and add whole spices. Saute onions and add the masalas. Add tomatoes and cook for some time. Add mushrooms and cook until it is fully done. Finally garnish with coriander leaves. Our Mushroom Gravy is ready to be served.
