Strawberry crepe cake: beautiful, colored and delicious

Ingredients:
Batter:
30g melted butter
4 eggs
40g salad oil
70g sugar
a pinch of salt
150g pancake mix
150g pastry flour+1 tsp baking powder
pink food color
500ml milk
Strawberry glass:
60g strawberry jam
70ml heavy cream
10g sugar
food color
4g sheet gelatin
Decoration
300ml whipped cream
30g sugar
3g melted gelatin
3 strawberries
Directions:
Beat the eggs and add oil, butter and all the others ingredients. Whisk until homogeneous and liquid. Put in refrigerator for 2 hours. Then cook and cover the crepes.
Glass: put the gelatin in cold water, sift the jam in a little bowl. Bring to boil heavy cream and milk, add jam and gelatin. Sift all.
Compose your amazing cake using the whipped cream. Decorate with glass and serve.
