Seafood carbonara: a tasty alternative

Ingredients:
80g shrimp
80g squid
80g octopus
Mussels and clams (to taste)
100g paccheri pasta
100g grated cheese
1/4 head of garlic
2 eggs
salt
pepper
Oil
 
Directions:
Clean all the seafood and heat mussels and clams. Then brown the garlic in a pan and add the seafood. Meanwhile, beat the eggs with cheese, salt and pepper. Then put the pasta in a pan and add the eggs. Put parsley and cheese to taste.
